MANAMA, 14 October 2014: IT solutions and technical services provider Hilal Computer, Saudi Arabia, an authorised reseller in the Kingdom for US computer technology multinational Dell, recently won two prestigious awards at a major Dell partner conference in Brussels, Belgium.
Hilal Computer won the Dell 2014 EMEA [Europe, Middle East and Africa] Partner of the Year Award for its strong sales and revenue performance, in addition to a Platinum Award for a specialist contract to supply solutions and services for a major strategic energy project in Saudi Arabia.

Among the performance criteria set by Dell, Hilal Computer was recognised for its overall year-on-year business growth; its unique solutions in selling compatibilities; the strength and capabilities of its Dell-trained team; and its outstanding regional market penetration levels.
Of the 39 awards conferred at the 6th EMEA Solutions Conference in Brussels, Hilal Computer, Saudi Arabia, was the only Dell channel partner from across the entire geographical region to receive two awards.

The latest recognition from Dell builds on Hilal Computer’s growing track record of performance and innovation in serving key blue chip corporate clients in the Middle East’s largest economy.
Receiving the award in Brussels from Dell founder and CEO Michael Dell and other senior Dell executives Geoffrey Milne, General Manager of Al Hilal Group, the parent company of Hilal Computer said: “I am delighted to accept these two key partner awards from Dell on behalf of the Hilal Computer, Saudi Arabia team. This is an important step in our strategy to scale up our in-Kingdom operations which recently saw us open a new office and support facilities in Jeddah to complement existing offices and facilities in Riyadh and Al Khobar.
